1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of www.apertotek.com and its subdomains (the "Site"), which are run by Apertotek Consulting LLP, a software product and development company registered in India ("Apertotek", "we", "us").
By using the Site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Our products, such as 5S Pro, AuditAum, CLApp, NewsletterAI, inXSPECTo, CoworxSys and mymf, and any custom software or consulting work we do for you, are covered by their own subscription terms or by the agreement we sign with you. If those terms conflict with these, the product terms or the signed agreement apply.
2. Using the Site
The Site tells visitors about Apertotek, our products and our services. You may browse it, share links to it and contact us through it for any lawful purpose.
You agree not to:
- use the Site in a way that breaks any law or infringes anyone else's rights;
- try to get into parts of the Site, our servers or our systems that are not meant to be public;
- disrupt the Site, overload it, or send automated or bulk submissions through its forms;
- copy, decompile or reverse-engineer the Site's software; or
- upload or send anything that contains malware or is otherwise harmful.
3. Our content
The text, design, graphics, screenshots, logos and code on the Site belong to Apertotek or the people who licensed them to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Apertotek, our product names and our logos are our trademarks.
You may view and print pages for your own reference or for evaluating our products inside your organisation. Anything beyond that, such as republishing, selling, framing or creating derivative works from our content, needs our written permission. If we give permission, please keep all copyright and trademark notices intact.
Client names, logos and testimonials shown on the Site belong to those clients and are used with their permission.
4. Information on the Site
We try to keep the Site accurate and up to date, but it is provided for general information only. Product features, availability and pricing can change, and the Site may not always reflect the latest version. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer; the terms of any purchase are set out when you sign up or sign an agreement with us.
5. Links to other websites
The Site links to other websites, including our product sites and third-party sites. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices. A link does not mean we endorse the site it points to.
6. No warranty
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises, express or implied, that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses, or that its content is complete, accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.

To the extent the law allows, Apertotek and its partners, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or business, arising from your use of the Site or your reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Indemnity
If you break these terms or misuse the Site and a third party makes a claim against us as a result, you agree to cover the reasonable costs, damages and legal fees we incur in dealing with that claim.
9. Suspension
We may suspend or block access to the Site, or to any of its forms, for anyone who breaks these terms or misuses it, and we may change or withdraw any part of the Site at any time.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The new version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
